Checkout will ask for your year/make/model, engine and transmission, and whether the vehicle has ever been tuned. HP Tuners licensing (credits / unlock service where applicable) is purchased by you directly from HP Tuners on your own VCM account and is not included in these prices — after your intake we'll tell you exactly what your vehicle needs.

Refunds: remote work is paid in full up front. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your first tune file is sent. After the first file is delivered the work is non-refundable — but revision support continues until it drives the way it should. Full terms in the Terms of Service.

What happens after checkout

You get a receipt, we get notified. Your order enters the work queue immediately, in the order it was paid.
Intake and read instructions. Same business day we send your intake form and simple step-by-step instructions to read your vehicle with VCM Editor and send us the stock file.
Your calibration comes back. Most first files are back within one business day of receiving your stock read. Then flash, drive, log, and we revise until it drives the way it should.
